The Taste of Texas Team is responsible for delivering exciting tasting experiences and interactive Fan First competitions throughout the Texas Food Championship by welcoming participants, assisting with competition setup, distributing samples, supporting contestant registration, explaining competition rules, engaging with guests, and creating an energetic, fun-filled atmosphere. This role works closely with the BBQ & Live Fire Captain and Event Operations to ensure every tasting experience and fan competition is organized, entertaining, and memorable for guests of all ages. Team members serve as enthusiastic ambassadors of the Texas Food Championship by encouraging participation, celebrating competitors, delivering exceptional customer service, and performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.

The BBQ & Live Fire Competitor Services Attendant is responsible for supporting competitors throughout each competition by assisting with event setup, ensuring teams have the supplies and resources needed to compete, answering questions, coordinating competition logistics, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and competition-ready environment. This role works closely with the BBQ & Live Fire Captain and Competition Operations Team to provide exceptional hospitality, support efficient competition flow, and ensure competitors have an outstanding championship experience. The Chef's Table Reset Attendant is responsible for preparing the Chef's Table for each dining experience by resetting tables, arranging place settings, replenishing service items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the dining area is professionally presented between seating's. This role works closely with the Chef's Table Concierge, culinary teams, and the Champions Club staff to ensure every guest is welcomed into a pristine and inviting environment. The Chef's Table Reset Attendant helps create a seamless transition between experiences by anticipating operational needs, maintaining the presentation of the dining space, and performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.

The Chef's Table Concierge is responsible for delivering a personalized, first-class experience for guests participating in the exclusive Chef's Table by welcoming attendees, verifying reservations, escorting guests to their tables, introducing chefs, and ensuring each dining experience is seamless from beginning to end. This role coordinates with chefs, culinary teams, and the Champions Club staff to ensure tables are prepared, presentations begin on schedule, and guests receive exceptional hospitality throughout the experience. The Texas Culinary Collective Presenter Hospitality Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and support to chefs, presenters, sponsors, and special guests participating in the Texas Culinary Collective. This role welcomes presenters upon arrival, assists with check-in, coordinates presentation schedules, escorts presenters to the demonstration stage, ensures they have the equipment and resources needed for a successful presentation, and serves as their primary point of contact throughout the event. The Champions Club Bar Back is responsible for supporting all beverage service operations by ensuring bars remain fully stocked, organized, and prepared to deliver a premium guest experience. This role assists with replenishing ice, glassware, mixers, garnishes, water, and beverage supplies, maintains the cleanliness and organization of bar areas, and works closely with bartenders, beverage partners, and the Champions Club Team to keep service running efficiently. The Champions Club Bar Back helps create a seamless hospitality experience by anticipating operational needs, responding quickly to requests, and performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.

The Champions Club Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining and hospitality experience by assisting with the presentation, replenishment, and service of food and beverages throughout the Champions Club. This role ensures buffet stations, beverage areas, and service displays remain clean, fully stocked, and professionally presented while working closely with catering partners, beverage sponsors, and the Champions Club Team. This role greets arriving guests, assists with boarding shuttle buses to the festival, organizes return shuttle lines throughout the day, provides directions and event information, and helps ensure an efficient transportation experience. As one of the first and last points of contact for many attendees, the Bus Lot Attendant serves as a friendly ambassador of the Texas Food Championship while performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the event.

The Bus Arrival Attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming and organized transportation experience by greeting guests arriving from remote parking locations, assisting passengers as they board and exit shuttle buses, providing directions and event information, and ensuring safe, efficient passenger flow. This role also coordinates organized boarding lines for return shuttle service, answers guest questions with enthusiasm, and serves as a friendly ambassador of the Texas Food Championship while performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the event.

The Golf Cart Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for guests, VIPs, judges, competitors, sponsors, volunteers, and event personnel throughout the Texas Food Championship. This role helps ensure efficient movement across the festival grounds by transporting passengers, assisting with accessibility needs, maintaining designated shuttle routes, and delivering exceptional hospitality with every interaction. Team members should always operate golf carts safely, follow all event transportation procedures, and perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.

The Champions Club Facilities Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and first-class VIP environment by ensuring seating areas, tables, restrooms, and hospitality spaces remain organized, well-stocked, and guest-ready throughout the event. This role assists with resetting furniture, removing used service items, replenishing guest amenities, monitoring cleanliness, and supporting the overall appearance and functionality of the Champions Club. Working closely with the Champions Club Captain and Hospitality Team, the Facilities Attendant helps create a premium experience by anticipating operational needs and performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.

The Champions Club Concierge is responsible for delivering an elevated, first-class hospitality experience by welcoming VIP guests, verifying Champions Club credentials, assisting with check-in and access, answering questions, providing event information, and coordinating exclusive VIP experiences throughout the day. This role works closely with the BBQ & Live Fire Captain and Judging Team to support a seamless judging process while allowing judges to focus on evaluating each competitor. The Judge Services Attendant provides exceptional hospitality to judges, maintains the integrity of the judging environment, and performs additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.

The Kitchen Arena Judge Services Attendant is responsible for ensuring judges have everything they need to conduct fair, efficient, and professional evaluations by preparing judging tables, stocking necessary supplies, replenishing refreshments, maintaining a clean and organized judging environment, and resetting judging stations between competition rounds. This role works closely with the Kitchen Arena Captain and Judging Team to support a seamless judging process while allowing judges to focus on evaluating each competitor. The VIP Parking Attendant is responsible for delivering a first-class arrival experience by welcoming VIP guests, verifying parking credentials, directing vehicles to designated parking areas, and assisting with wayfinding to the Champions Club and event entrance. This role serves as one of the first ambassadors of the Texas Food Championship by providing exceptional hospitality, maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow, and performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.

The Competitor Storage Security Volunteer is responsible for maintaining the security and organization of all refrigerated and frozen storage areas by monitoring cooler trailers, safeguarding competitor and vendor perishable products, assisting with the check-in and retrieval of stored items, and maintaining accurate storage records throughout the event. This role also monitors cooler truck fuel levels and operating conditions to help ensure proper food storage temperatures and uninterrupted refrigeration. Working closely with Competition Operations, vendors, and event leadership, the Competitor Storage Security Volunteer helps protect valuable products while providing courteous service and performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.

The Competitor Entry Security Volunteer is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and integrity of the designated competitor and vendor entrance by verifying credentials, monitoring access, and inspecting bags, coolers, and vehicles for prohibited items, including outside alcohol and other restricted materials, in accordance with event policies. This role helps ensure a secure and professional competition environment by providing courteous customer service, protecting the integrity of the event, and working closely with the Security Captain, Competition Operations, and Event Leadership to address access concerns. Team members remain observant, report safety or security issues, and perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.

The Operations & Grand Stage Security Volunteer is responsible for helping maintain a safe, secure, and organized environment within backstage, production, and operational areas of the Texas Food Championship by monitoring restricted access points, assisting event staff, protecting equipment and event infrastructure, and supporting activities at the Grand Stage. This role helps ensure that only authorized personnel have access to designated backstage and operational areas while providing a visible, professional presence for performers, speakers, vendors, and production teams. Team members work closely with the Security Captain, Operations Team, Entertainment Team, and Event Leadership to report safety concerns, assist with crowd management around the stage when needed, and perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.

The Champions Club Security Volunteer is responsible for helping provide a safe, secure, and exclusive experience within the Champions Club by verifying VIP credentials, monitoring access points, assisting guests, and ensuring only authorized individuals enter designated VIP areas. This role serves as a professional and welcoming presence while supporting crowd flow, protecting the integrity of the VIP experience, responding to guest needs, and working closely with the Champions Club Team, Security Captain, and Event Operations. The Grounds & Facilities Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming festival environment by monitoring the event grounds, emptying trash receptacles, replenishing supplies, assisting with restroom and handwashing station maintenance, identifying potential safety hazards, and ensuring all public areas remain presentable throughout the event. This role works closely with the Operations Captain to preserve the appearance and functionality of the festival grounds while responding to operational needs across the venue. The Grounds & Facilities Attendant takes pride in creating a positive guest experience by helping keep the Texas Food Championship clean, organized, and inviting, and performs additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.

The Site Operations Attendant is responsible for helping maintain a safe, organized, and event-ready festival environment by assisting with the setup, movement, and placement of tables, chairs, signage, barricades, equipment, and event materials throughout the venue. This role responds to operational requests from all departments, assists with venue logistics, monitors the overall appearance of the event grounds, and helps ensure festival spaces remain functional and guest-ready throughout the day. This team plays a vital role in bringing the championship to life while working alongside event leadership, vendors, and production partners to ensure every area is prepared for opening day. Team members should be prepared for a variety of hands-on tasks and perform additional duties as assigned to support the successful setup of the Texas Food Championship.

Lunch will be provided mid-day for all helpers making set up a success.
