For High School Environmental Coalition members: Corpus Christi Solid Waste Services is participating in the 2026 Fall Home and Garden Show at Hilliard Center in Corpus Christi, TX. Volunteers are needed to help man our booth, speaking to citizens about how to recycle and reduce waste in Corpus Christi. Our booth includes interactive games or give aways to help initiate conversations with the public. Solid Waste Services staff will be present at all time to provide guidance. Volunteers may be asked to help collect cardboard recycling from event participants or help load and unload supplies to sustain the outreach booth.
Event Times: Friday September 11th, 2pm - 6pm; Saturday 12th, 10am-6pm; Sunday 13th 11am-5pm
