As the first person our cyclists see, you will welcome participants and officially check them into the event. Your main tasks include:
- Looking up names on a tablet or list
- Verifying runner registration
- Handing them their official CTC Swag Bag
- Answering basic event questions to keep lines moving smoothly.
- Note: All merchandise is final sale (no returns, refunds, or exchanges).
This job takes place on the shaded front patio at Brewster Street Icehouse (Downtown), and you are welcome to complete your shift either sitting or standing.
This is an active, on-the-move role best suited for volunteers who enjoy high-energy interaction.
What to wear: Because this shift takes place entirely outdoors, please wear supportive footwear and dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
*All registered volunteers will receive an official event t-shirt, complimentary water, and snacks.
