Help us bring the event to life behind the scenes! We are looking for a hands-on crew to assist with setting up the venue and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What you’ll do:
Assist with arranging tables, chairs, and tents
Help hang sponsor banners and directional signage around the venue.
Manage entry points to safely guide vehicle traffic and arrivals.
Lend a hand with other light site-preparation tasks as needed.
This job takes place on-site in the Whataburger Field parking lot.This is an active, on-the-move role best suited for volunteers who enjoy high-energy interaction.
What to wear: Because this shift takes place entirely outdoors, please wear supportive footwear and dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
*All registered volunteers will receive an official event t-shirt and complimentary water.
