What you'll do:
Pack up leftover HEB products, CTC items, and sponsor banners.
Break down tables, chairs, and site infrastructure.
Consolidate water stop supplies into the Penske trucks.
Clear trash to restore the venue.
This job takes place on-site in the Whataburger Field parking lot.
This is an active, on-the-move role best suited for volunteers who enjoy high-energy interaction.
What to wear: Because this shift takes place entirely outdoors, please wear supportive footwear and dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
Perk: If everything is packed up ahead of schedule, you get to head out early!
*All registered volunteers will receive an official event t-shirt, complimentary water and snacks.
