Volunteer: Recovery Oasis - Business Pop ups at Beach to Bay

- COMPANIES OR BUSINESSES will register as ONE Team below -
1. THE MISSION
- Beach to Bay is powered by the community. We are offering free designated spaces for local businesses to set up and support our runners as they finish their legs.

2. THE LOCATION - Leg 5 Start: Outside of the N.A.S. North Gate.

3. BRANDING & PROMOTION
Market Your Business: This is your space! We highly encourage you to bring your Business Banners, Flags, and Promotions.
* The Rule: These setups are 100% Free, provided that no sales are being made on-site. Use this time to build your brand and connect with the community
4. SETUP SUGGESTIONS (Items to bring)
Shade: A pop-up tent or sun canopy makes a huge difference in the May heat.
Seating: Folding chairs or mats for runners to use while they recharge
Cooling: Anything to help with the heat—cooling towels, ice, or supplemental water.
5. LOGISTICS & ROAD CLOSURES
Arrival: Because the city closes the roads for the race, you’ll need to be in your spot and set up before 7:00 AM.
Departure: Plan on hanging out for a while! You won't be able to drive gear out until the roads reopen (usually between 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM).
Volunteer Spirit: This is a 100% voluntary effort. There are no required hours—we are
just grateful for the energy and shade you bring to the course!
