ATEX Hospice is a Texas based hospice agency that serves Central and South Texas communities. ATEX provides hospice care to persons who have a limited life expectancy measure in months rather than years. The team is here to help answer questions and to help you make informed decisions about you or your loved one’s care. The goal is to provide compassionate, person-centered care to our patients and family members. ATEX Hospice understands the uncertainty that accompanies these difficult times.

Hospice care is a person and family-centered approach that includes a team of doctors, nurses, home health aides, social workers, chaplains, counselors and volunteers. They work together focusing on the patient’s needs whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. The hospice team develops a care plan that meets each person’s individual needs for pain management and symptom control.
