About Texas Food Championship

The Texas Food Championship is where Texas crowns its culinary champions. Held September 25–27, 2026, at Water’s Edge Park in Corpus Christi, this premier three-day festival brings together the state’s top chefs, pitmasters, and food artisans to compete across 10 categories for Golden Tickets to the World Food Championships. Guests will enjoy live music, craft beverages, local vendors, and endless samples of Texas flavor. Presented by Texas Table of Hope, this statewide celebration showcases the heart of Texas through food, family, and community — where bold flavors meet Texas pride on the beautiful Corpus Christi Bayfront.
