GA: Check in - Grand Entry

Description


The (GA) General Admission Check-In Volunteer is responsible for providing a fast, friendly, and welcoming arrival experience by scanning tickets, assisting guests with event entry, answering general questions, and directing attendees to festival attractions and amenities.

This role serves as one of the first ambassadors of the Texas Food Championship by creating a positive first impression. Volunteers will:

  • Maintain efficient guest flow.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout each shift.
  • May perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.
