VIP: Check in - Grand Entry

Description


The VIP Check-In Volunteer is responsible for delivering a first-class arrival experience! Be prepared to: 

  • Welcome Champions Club guests, verify VIP tickets and credentials, issue wristbands and event materials
  • Introduce guests to the exclusive amenities and experiences available throughout the weekend.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for many of the event's most valued guests by providing exceptional hospitality, answering questions, assisting with wayfinding, and ensuring a seamless check-in experience. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.
