The Grand Entry Guest Services Volunteer is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, answering questions, providing event information, assisting with ticketing concerns, offering directions, and helping resolve guest needs with professionalism and enthusiasm. Be sure to:
- Serve as a primary resource at the event entrance
- Help ensure every guest begins their Texas Food Championship experience feeling informed, welcomed, and excited.
- Work closely with the Welcome Center team to create a seamless arrival experience
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.
