The Champions Club Concierge is responsible for delivering an elevated, first-class hospitality experience by welcoming VIP guests, verifying Champions Club credentials, assisting with check-in and access, answering questions, providing event information, and coordinating exclusive VIP experiences throughout the day. This role serves as the primary hospitality ambassador within the Champions Club by assisting with seating, introducing guests to amenities, coordinating Chef's Tables, beverage showcases, culinary demonstrations, and other exclusive experiences while ensuring only authorized guests have access to designated VIP areas. The Champions Club Concierge works closely with the Champions Club Captain and Hospitality Team to provide exceptional service, anticipate guest needs, and perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.
