Volunteers on the Seating/Host Team will be stationed at the front doors.
The greeters will send all guests your way.
Host: Working as a team, the hostess will communicate with the Seating volunteer to guide guests. Once seats are located, guide guests to them (escorting, pointing, waving - whatever it takes). "I see Sarah has found a spot for you. You're on your way!"
Seaters: You are the spotter of open seats, checking for availability and signaling to waiting guests. You'll work out a special signal system with your Hostess partner, to communicate where and when seats are available. "Over here and Season’s Greetings!"
Important Details: Guests will be seated from front to back
Dress code: It’s a time for cheer, joy, and celebration. We welcome festive attire!
