This responsibility requires a good eye, great leadership, and a jolly spirit. Row Captains are responsible for using signs and signals to communicate guest needs, including:
- Directing plate and drink deliveries to waiting guests
- Spotting open seats where new guests can be seated and served;
- Row Captains should signal not only vacancy but the numbers available
- Identify clean-up needs (spills or clearing plates)
Note to all volunteers: Space is very limited and no storage for personal belongings is available. We ask that handbags or other items be kept securely in your vehicle.
Dress code: It’s a time for cheer, joy, and celebration. We welcome festive attire!
