The race takes place on the outskirts of northern San Antonio, just as you begin to approach the Texas Hill Country. The Hills will gently introduce themselves as the elevation begins to rise. Then one large hill to welcome you to your hill training. The celebration in Old Town Helotes after your race will be shared by all! With such a hilly race, we need volunteers to support our runners and marathon runners in training!
Start Times:
7:31 AM – Half Marathon
8:10 AM – 10k
8:25 AM – 5k
8:30 AM – 5k competitive walkers
8:35 AM – .05k
The Course Marshall volunteers will point runners during the Half Marathon and point runners in the right direction as different races start.
Note: Volunteers will receive a special Alamo Beer Run cup and take a scheduled break to enjoy the race after-party.
