The Operations Floater is responsible for providing flexible, hands-on support wherever it is needed most throughout the Texas Food Championship. This role responds to operational requests from Event Leadership, assists departments across the festival, helps with event setup and breakdown, delivers equipment and supplies, supports guest services, and assists with unexpected situations to help keep the event running smoothly. No two shifts are the same, making this position ideal for volunteers who enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working as part of a team. The Operations Floater maintains a positive attitude, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and performs additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Texas Food Championship.
